CIRCUIT - This class will have you rotating around the gym exploring a range of equipment and is a whole body work out.

LIVE LIFE - Low impact class to encourage movement and enjoyment of exercise within the elderly community.

BOOTY - Self explanatory in its title, this class is all about working out your booty - get ready to feel the burn!

X-TRAINER - Full body work out using our range of equipment to raise the heart rate and strengthen the body.

STRENGTH - Weights and resistance is the focus of our strength classes and you will strengthen the whole body.

YOGA - A way to stretch and wind down while strengthening and lengthening. This class is a gentle whole body work out.
